i have a condition called alopecia it is where your hair falls out! nobody knows why it happends and I am lucky that my hair is long.... but I am scared!!! I get little injections and they work over time...they hurt like a *****!!
but i can't help being upset about it.

i had a friend a long time ago who had that... don't worry the injections will help and is your hair light or dark (it looks dark) b/c if it really bothers you she colored it lighter (though coloring is not the greatest thing to do for hair) b/c it was less obvious. But they've come so far - I'm sure they can help!!!

last summer my fh noticed i was bald on the side of my head when i put my hair up.... the injections in that spot worked but now I have them all over....
doctors don't know why it is and i am totally healthy!!! go figure
i try to stay positive and fh says he would love me if i had no hair!!

awe, I'm so sorry. my friends sister has it and has no hair. SHe wears a wig everyday.

Aww FH is awesome. I am sorry to hear about your condition. Dont let it upset. The shots hurt but just imagine if there was no cure.
And your hair doesnt make the person you are. You'll still be the same loving fun person.

Positivity helps sooooooo much with a lot of health issues! Stay positive and smile & know that you will be just as beautiful with no hair or if you were Cousin It.
And just think if you have to go through life in wigs - the options that will be open to you!!!!
