Scared

Last night I discovered that I have a bump where your leg meets your torso.. Its probally the size of a large jelly bean or maybe a gum drop.. I'm terrified!!

it's probably nothing at all but see a doctor asap just to make sure. Stay POSITIVE!

Aww don't be nervous I'm sure its nothing. My sister has a couple of visible round lumps in her arm and the doctor said they were just fat deposits. Go to the doctor and get it checked so you can get some piece of mind.

It sounds like a fatty deposit. Just get it checked out to be safe but I am sure it's nothing serious.

don't worry, just go get it checked out asap, it can be a fat deposit or even a small cyst. I'll say a prayer for you

I've lost weight but not that much.. maybe 2 lbs..

I'm sure it's nothing serious...def get checked out for peace of mind, but it sounds like a small cyst or fatty deposit like everyone said. Stay positive

i'm sure its alright... just go to the doc and get it checked out. my friend had something like that and it was fluid like a cyst. keep us posted!

I agree that the best way to calm youf fears is to make an appt with your PCP asap... HOWEVER, that is a very common drainage spot and most likely just a lymph node. I have one myself at the same spot, as well as two in my arm pit and one on my back. All are various benign lumps. Is it mobile? FM me if you have any questions - my FH is a physician.

No it doesn't move.. I have a small one on my neck that I've had since I was 7.. That one feels like a egg yolk.. My dr said its a small cyist and I have nothing to worry about.. This one though feels like iots stuck to something.. It doesn't move.

Don't worry. I have two like that (both on my thighs). I had one partially removed and it was just a dermatoofibroma. Don't get worried just yet. I was nervous too but it was nothing.
i spelled it wrong. It is dermatofribroma.

I know its easier said than done - but try to keep positive and go to the doctor asap. It could be nothing at all so its not worth the stress of worrying... so keep your head up and smile.. and let us know when you get back from the doc!

it doesnt sound terrible. I know a co worker of mine found an absiss in that same location on herself, she went to the doctor and they drained it. She was back to work 2 days later. keep ur head up! and let us know how it goes!
