We met with Patken this evening and must have gotten the 'new sales person'. We left there feeling confused and frustrated. We really love their pictures but did not feel confident signing anything this evening. We are going to try and meet with someone else there to get a better idea of their services.

Yeah, same problem here. crazy high pressure sales. Check out Artisan. Chuck was really nice there and he was very reasonably priced. We're booking them this week.
