After much begging and pleading, they finally agreed to drive all the way out to the north fork to do our epics at Raphael, where I had my heart set on.... I am so excited. June 1!
Now to pray for no rain.... after all that I don't think I could bring myself to cancel

Nope its me :) They are so tough with scheduling epics!!! I really wanted a Friday and they had none so I picked a Thursday.

Yea bc they do weddings on fris, their website says only mon-thurs are available for epics. Mon was easiest for us bc we have to travel and we'd only have to take 1 day off work. Sue said it was Jay's usual day off but he's making an exception. He also has to drive like 2 hours I kinda feel bad but I assured him we'd 'show some appreciation', i.e. in the form of gratuity hahahaha

No, I'm a Thomas Paul girl. Raphael is such a BEAUTIFUL winery. Your pics are going to be amazing. I always dreamt of a vineyard wedding, at least this way I can incorporate it into the festivities!

Me too, I wanted our wedding there but I used to work there so that would have kind of taken away from the experience a little bit I think, and also we really wanted october but it's harvest season so we would have had to do November or winter...
so we will get some pretty pics there at least :)

Hey North fork girls, I just stayed at this great place out on the north fork called the Cliffside Resort condo suite B-203 - -you can’t beat the view, it’s right on the water. I booked it directly through an owner - I found there ad on Craigslist. Just thought since your driveling all the way out there you may as well thing about staying overnight!!
