...IS FREAKING KILLING ME... i dont mind the teaching part...in fact, i love it, and i wouldnt trade the experience for the world... but its the classes i have AFTER i teach.. so tuesdays and thursdays, after i teach from 8 am to 3:30 pm, i have class from 5-7 on tuesdays, and 4-6 on thursdays... its freakin killing me.

yesss i know what you mean... I have internship M-F from 7:30-2:15, work MWF from 3-6, and school Tues 4-6 and Thurs 6:30-8:30
I really dont think its possible....

THAT ***** worse than mine. i only work like 4-6 hours on sunday... i couldnt imagine doing any more than that. holy moly.

how are you making a living??? fh and the parents have to support me... its so freakin sad.... all interns/student teachers should be getting paid.... wth you are doing a service and taking the burden off of other people and you're suppossed to smile while doing that?!!? UGH!

im not. my parents support both of us since we're both going to school, but FH needs to get a job since his tush is only in school 3 days a week for 2 hours a day. PSHHH the life.
i work at Lane Bryant so i at least have money for my cell and food shopping, but they really pay for everything else.

I feel you on that i hate school as well..i used to work 9-5 monday thru friday and had school 3 days out the week until 9:40pm......i finally had to drop those classes and wait till next semester to go on the weekends, because driving home to Manhattan i would feel like i was falling asleep
and i dont even want to start on all the walking i did in queens college when i was 7, 8 months pregnant to go to class lol..i hate that hugeee campus

I feel you girls... I did my student teaching as an undergrad but I had teaching school every day, classes two days a week and I worked the other five days! Rough but eventually worth it! Stick it out and just keep the long term goal in mind! (Summer vacations and out of work at 3:00....just kidding!)

Ugh, I remember what that was like. Last year I had work, school, and an internship and it was hell. Now that I'm done with everything and have started my career, I sometimes feel like I have TOO MUCH free time. I even occasionally wish I had a paper to write. I must be crazy.

I really agree... students should get a stipend at the end.. we have to do their work for 40 hours a week... I remember those days, i hated it

i Hear ya....I used to do the same routine, work then school at night, home, eat, shower, sleep-it killed me. But believe me it will fly by! And be well worth it!

You might think Im nuts but I actually miss it a little bit....I miss the routine. I miss some of the guys too(not saying it like in that way, I was the only girl so some of the guys I became friends with ya know?)

School does suck! I have student teaching from 8:30-3:30 and on Monday nights I work 5-9, wed I have classes from 5-10, thurs I have class from 6-9 and sat. I work from 9-1. I hate getting up early! I cant wait for sunday so I can sleep!!
