Any school counselors out there? I am a school counseling student and have an assignment that I have to interview a high school counselor and middle school counselor. It can be done in person or by email.

Hello! I am a school counselor-in-training, but I am in NC so I don't know anyone on LI to direct you to specifically. The easiest thing to do is call local schools and ask to speak with the school counselor...or email the school counselor (their address is usually on the schools website)...or try contacting your old school counselor from your middle school or highschool. Counselors are usually nice people who are willing to help (obviously) so I am sure you will talk to someone who will happily agree to be interviewed. I would do the interview in person, you will get a lot more out of it that way. if you can't fid anyone locally, you can try posting here school cousneling boards . good luck to you!
