You know, while I think he did have something to do with the murders, I don't think he actually did it. I think he may have had it planned....but I really don't think he did the actual killing. Which doesn't make it any less horrible, or make him less of a son of a *****....but this should be a very interesting trial.

I'm torn on this...he is from San Diego...so I think he gets positive press down here...and maybe that is skewing my vision...have you guy heard about the eyewitness - who saw Laci in the park - with the dog? Of course I cannot remember why...but it helps Scott's defense...
I hope it is clear one way or the other for the jury - its an awful position to be put in

Some of his phone conversations with Amber Frey leads me to believe he's definitely guilty, whether he hired someone or did it himself. His behavior while she was missing, prior to his arrest, leaves me supicious too.
Either way, he's definitely not innocent!

I think the worse thing is he told Amber Frey two weeks before the murder that his wife died last christmas. What are the chances??? That for me is alot. I think it wasnt planned but just happened... Maybe they got in a heated fight or something. I dont know, but have been following this case from the beginning.

I agree...its suspicious...the hair...the cash...the selling of the car...(DH would never sell either one of our cars...b/c he knows how much I love them both!!!!)

I dont understand I thought that they found cement dust on his boat?/ wasn't this a key factor and also when he was arrested @ the golf course (how sick i would be eternally devastated if it were my spouse) He had all that cah it is not like he is a rocafellar or something.....

this is just my theory - i think they must have gotten into a heated argument, maybe about amber or something - and lacy fell, or he pushed her, or something - maybe she hit her head. i don't know if he premeditated her murder - or if in the heat of something, things got out of hand and he panicked. of course my theory is based on my own beliefs that it is incomprehensible to me how someone would willingly kill their own unborn child. his own beliefs may be something quite different.
