Anyone going to be at Fox Hollow this evening at the showcase?

I pretty much have everything done, but since I'm getting married at Fox Hollow, I just want to go and look at the place again!

OOOH prizes??? I didn't hear that!

Not me. I don't even think I was invited. I don't remember getting anything about it. If anyone happens to peak into the Winter Garden Pavillion, can you let me know how many people you think it could comfortably hold?? I think Fox Hollow was because they told me 165-170! Do they realize that I might need the dance floor for a wedding reception!

Thanks Lauren! Yes, that's the one. It's right when you first walk in. I am so nervous about this because we only booked the Fox Hollow because we wanted that room. And now our guest list keeps growing and I don't want everyone to be sitting on each others laps!

Don't worry about it... can't they get in trouble if they lie?? What does their website say? I think you'll be fine... I'll let you know!

I just went to their website and this is what it says about the Winter Garden:

'the room can comfortably accommodate up to 180 people.'

I copied it directly from the site! But I will still check!

Thanks Lauren. I checked the website too. It says 180 for banquet NO DANCING and 156 for banquet with dancing. It ****es me off that my BM told me the higher number knowing that it was a wedding reception and we would NEED the dance floor!

I actually ended up going to the Fox Hollow tonight. I had an appt at Pedestals and they said they were going to be there so I figured I'd go check it out too. I thought it was going to be one of those seminars. I didn't realize it was a showcase. I asked to talk to a BM about the room capacity and they told me a max of 158--13 tables of 12 and then our table of 2. He explained how they would set up the tables and showed me how they could put our table next to the fireplace if we want instead of all the way in the back. So I feel a little better now. I just have to work on keeping the guest list down!

I didn't see you tonight, but I was there early from about 6-7:00. I love going there to see it again. I never saw the Garden Terrace before-that's your room right? It's a beautiful room!

Okay, I'm glad you got to speak to someone... even if you invite 175, you should expect people to say no, so I think you will be fine...
