Scotto Brothers

I an getting married at the Watermill in Smithtown in November and I just went on the new Scotto Brothers website and The Watermill is not on it. It was on their old website. They have all the other Catering Halls they owm on it. Does anyone have any idea why it isn't there? Thanks for any help!

Scotto Brothers - They operate Watermill

Funny I did the same thing. We are having our reception there 9-14. I e-mailed Scotto brothers and asked about it. They replied that Watermill is operated by the Scotto Family but not owned by them. I am going to write back and ask if this is a recent change.

Thanks, if you can please keep me posted. I am pretty sure that when I booked with them they told me they were owned by the Scotto Brothers. The Scotto Brothers old website had the Watermill on there.

Here is the reply I received when I questioned furhter. 'Watermill is owned by the Scotto family not Scotto Brothers - it is one partner of Scotto Brothers - IT IS A GREAT PLACE!!' Maybe its a marketing thing.
