Scrapbook fun and prizes!

Okay, lets have some fun at my expense!
Is everyone familiar with this?

I thought so. So here's the deal. If you're all up to a challenge!

What you need to do is create an LIWeddings.com scrap book. You'll have till March 31 to complete it and have it sent to our office. Then we will judge the scrap books. The judges will be a combination of ladies from the other offices in our building. Totally unbiased! The winner will receive the Crop-In-Style XXL including, yes I said including supplies!
Entries are limited to 15 so sign up early. After we receive your entry we will reimburse you $25 for the scrapbook. Please respond to this post if you are up to the challenge!

I have printed some stuff and a photo or two from LIW and have all my information in a folder for now....
My shutterfly prints from the CD should arrive tomorrow then I will get down to work

I have only started with notes, haven't worked on any pages yet. I did print some photos and I bought the album. I plan on starting this week.

Question for all of those participating. Did you print all the photos out on photo paper or other kind of paper?

but shutterfly does send the photos quick

I was wondering what you girls think if I printed the pictures out in color on regular paper in a 4 x 6 size.

Since I am not sure what I am doing yet I will probably end up printing the pictures on 4*6 photo paper (not regular paper).

Regular paper won't hold the dense color from photos very well. (IMO)

I thought of that too but my computer is very very slow. It takes me about an hour to print 3-4 pictures.

Then why don't you order them from shutterfly? I think it's 30 cents a picture - I have ordered pictures on Monday and recieved them by friday with no special delivery options.

And those kiosks that Erica mentioned are great. My friend used them for an album she did for her parents and the pictures were great.

Ron, can you take me off the list. I won't be participating for personal reasons.

ETA - good luck to everyone. You all do beautiful work. Ron and Co. will have a hard time picking the winner.

I love to scrapbook!!! i'm pretty new to this whole site; i didn't realize we had a crafts board. If you do another contest, COUNT ME IN!!!!! too late for me to start this one but next time definitely!!!!
