Okay, lets have some fun at my expense! Is everyone familiar with this?
I thought so. So here's the deal. If you're all up to a challenge!
What you need to do is create an LIWeddings.com scrap book. You'll have till March 31 to complete it and have it sent to our office. Then we will judge the scrap books. The judges will be a combination of ladies from the other offices in our building. Totally unbiased! The winner will receive the Crop-In-Style XXL including, yes I said including supplies! Entries are limited to 15 so sign up early. After we receive your entry we will reimburse you $25 for the scrapbook. Please respond to this post if you are up to the challenge!

When we finally have the dinner I will bring my digital camera and take some pics and e-mail them to you so you can upload them to shutterfly or another site!

You are so awesome! I figured I would bring my camera and take pics - then bring the film to costco and have it put on a cd. I think I'm going to start doing this from now on. I'll download the pics to Shutterfly if I want to alter them in any way but no more mailing.

No decision yet on when dinner is? I hope the decision is made soon because the later it gets the harder it is going to be to tie a date down for everyone! I'm out of here after 5/21 for a couple of weeks!

BTW-if ever you go to the everglades and take an air boat - look out for these!

We have a lot of blackout dates with vacations and such. The only open week seems to be May 10 - 14 (except Wednesday - those are blackout dates for someone).
Friday seems to be a preference, though everyone mentioned some degree of flexibility.
So - can everyone make Friday, May 14th? Just to make it easy, let's aim for that day, but list your availability during that week, Mon, Tues or Thursday as well.

I can make some changes with my blackout dates if it helps. I originally had 05/03 - 05/07 - I can't make it on 05/03 and definitely not on 05/07 but any time between then I can make work if necessary.

Great! So, we all call in sick, I'll rent a boat and we can all have some fun instead of the regular grind! Pick a date (and make sure it won't rain)!

I can't call in sick!!! We get paid for unused sick days, and if I don't use any, I get an extra 2 days pay, so calling in sick for this would cost me 3 days pay!!!

So now I think we're looking at:
Mon - May 3rd Mon - May 10th or next available Friday is May 28 which is the Friday before Memorial Day.
I vote for one of the Monday's - how do they work for everyone else?

OK - so let's try again. If this doesn't work I give up because we're into June which is getting ridiculous.
