I am thinking of having all my BM's, my mom, FMIL, grandmothers, etc make a page to put in a scrapbook that I will make about the wedding. Has anyone does this? I am kind of new to scrapbooking....I am not very crafty and trying to start! hehe I had read some sort of a poem one time and I wish I had held onto it.....anyone ever hear of one? Thanks!

We did something similar, except we sent it out to a lot of people (all the definite invites who got STD's)....
We sent them out in mailing tubes with a little note asking people to create a page, but not to feel obligated to do so...we didn't have a poem, but here is what we included on that page....
Scrapbook
We have enclosed a blank white page of paper for you to help make a wedding scrapbook. Decorate this page any way you would like. You could provide us with your advice for a happy marriage, share a story or photograph of us or yourself, the sky is the limit!!! Please do not feel obligated to make a page if you are not the creative type! The completed pages can be brought to our reception where they will be placed into a wedding scrapbook.
Hotel Reservations
A block of rooms have been reserved at the Huntington Hilton. The phone number is 631-845-1000. Please mention the ******** wedding when making your reservation.
Also, a shuttle has been reserved at the hotel which will make as many trips to and from the Reception site as necessary for those who are interested.

Check out our wedding webpage at www.theknot.com . Once you are on the main webpage, there is a search section in the middle of the page. Type in our names and you will be linked to our wedding webpage!
We also had STD magnets and a little invite that FH designed on the computer...

My aunt found them for me somewhere...she bought them online in bulk...they do not sell them at the post office...
People said they loved opening up the mailing tubes though, because it is something unusual and fun to get in the mail!
