I'm doing a swap on another MB where you buy $20 for your partner...but you also have to spend $20 on yourself...

We could also do a 'Secret Sister' Swap, where we get a name of someone and send her scrapbooking stuff that she wants. Then we have a 'gift opening' party in a chat room!!

How about a 10/31/03 deadline for signing up?

I'll have everyone assigned a partner (or should it be random where TammyJill buys for Lisa Rose who buys for Misha, etc.?) by Novemebr first.

The packages could have a 12/10 mail date deadline.

That should give us time to get the items, packaged and sent out for the end of the year and we can reveal ourselves then.
