I want to do a scrapbook and got a scrapbook at Michael's in Commack on sale this weekend. (Usually they have them for $49.99 and they're on sale for $30 this week). I bought some stickers too and I also got the dresses to make the BM's cards. I want to do a scrapbook of my loving relationship from the beginning of our relationship up to the point of the wedding. Any ideas? Thanks in advance for sharing. I'm hoping creating this scrapbook besides the sentiment behind it, will be lots of fun. Any ideas, tips etc will be very much appreciated.

here is a link to the scrapbook that I made my husband and gave to him at our rehersal dinner!! it was a big hit and he got so emotional over it!! .
There are also some wedding scrapbook pages from another album.
Lisa.. Thanks so much for sharing yours. I got some ideas. Do you make copies of the pictures that you used in the event you used baby pics etc or pics you probably have in an album, do you make copies of those pics to use in the scrapbook?

Yay!!!! So glad that you got such a good deal on the album!
I'm in the process of organizing albums to work on once we're married. I have an album for the wedding proofs, an album for the honeymoon, and an album for the dating and engagment stuff. All three match.
As far as your question with the pictures - we all do different things but for me...I do a bunch of different things. For the most part - most of our pics have been downloaded to shutterfly so I can print - or reprint them whenever I need. I have scanned some baby pictures into the account as well so that I don't have to use the originals. My plan with the wedding proofs as of right now is to use photo corners with them so that they are set in place but not permanent. This way I can take them out whenever I want.

some of those pics were originals and others were from Shutterfly
The page with the movie theater tickets on it...is just that...I saved all of the movies stubs to the movies that we went to, I took a white sheet of paper and just glued them on...some hangin off the edges. after they were all glued on, I cut the ones hanging off the edges so that the paper was square again! Everyone always comments on that one!!

Oh - something else to point out - although you may already be aware of this...
Always use Acid-Free products to preserve your pictures. So the adhesives, the paper, stickers, everything should be acid free.
As far as some ideas for the album - this is what I have for ours...
- First date (memories, pictures, momentos) - College graduation - Vacations - Couple Pictures (various events like weddings and such that we attended) - Special events - Engagement pictures (story of how he proposed)

My FH and I are actually going to start a scrapbook of our own. We wanted to start with a first page of us as babies and then do dates, engagement, etc. I saved all of our movie stubs, so I was thinking of doing a movie page as well :)
