Scrapbooking Retreats/Weekends

Does anyone know of any good scrapbooking weekends/retreats coming up,
I have never been to any scrapbooking classes or anything, dont know of any in my area.

So trying to plan a weekend away with cousin who lives in VA.

There is a expo in NJ but she said we can find something better.
so if anyone knows of any please post

ANYONE from the boards going?

I'm not - I'm not so convinced that I'm up for a whole weekend of scrapping - I'm more of a day-crop person.

I may go over to NJ to check out the marketplace for the one at the end of the month though - I told DH that's where he could take me for my birthday

The one at Danford's way too expensive for me. THere is one in Baldwin on April 24th that's just for the day. I'll bump my original post for you

The one at Danfords is too expensive, sounds great but cant afford right now,
I am actually going to Va in May for a scraping weekend,
got a flight for $76.20 roundtrip can you believe that.
I am exciting, I think we are doing 2 days with one night stay over for $107 not too bad.

and I think I may do the one in Baldwin on April 24th, as long as I am free and maybe can find someone to come along.

You are a dedicated scrapper going all the way to VA for a crop!!

It's amazing with airfare & hotel, it's lesss then going to Danfords.

Well the price is GREAT! and its also visiting with family so its well worth the trip!
I will be gone for a long weekend thursday night till Monday afternnoon so we are going to the scrap getaway for sat and sun and the rest of the time I will spend at my cousins house with the kids.
I am excited!!
