Seafood eaters - need your input

Neither FH or I eat fish so for our fish choice, I welcome any feedback...Woodlands brides, would love your input as well for what you choose!

Chilean Seabass for sure! It's so amazing and stands out on a menu IMO. We picked it for our fish entree.

I was going to say Sea Bass until I thought about it further -- because it has lobster with it.

As an avid seafood eater, I'd have to say that Red Snapper is absolutely delicious and most probably, the best seafood I've ever had.

Seabass!!

I'd go with that or tilapia, bc they are more mild fish... I know a lot of people who like fish but they don't like salmon bc they don't like it cooked a certain way. I'd be wary with the salmon and red snapper bc those are trickier.

I agree. When I choose the fish dish for my menu, it will definitely be a light fish. Many people don't like the heavier ones.

i think salmon is more comman, so why not go with something people don't often get to enjoy like the seabass.

I agree. I know at least in my family, there are several people with shellfish allergies.

The Red Snapper sounds delicious.

Love Sea Bass... love the Tilapia and Red Snapper too...but not the way they prepared it. If you pass on the Bass...go with the salmon or ask them to prepare the Tilapia differently... like with mango salsa or something. not sure most people will be open to curry.
