Seafood Menu HELP

I promise this will be the last menu question. WE are finalizing our menu tomorrow w/JT. My family and I are big seafood people which of the 2 rice should I pick.

Option 1. Paella: Saffron rice slowly cooked w/sausage, shellfish assorted vegetables flavored w/fresh garlic & onions.

OR

Option 2: Risotto Pescatore: Italian rice sauteed w/baby shrimp, scallops & assorted seasonal seafood.

oh both sound good but I would def do number 2 - makes me hungry!

I have to say the Paella at JT was AWESOME, it was one of my favorite things

I originally waned Paella b/c I am a big fan, but for some reason I feel like it won't me much seafood, maybe b/c the way JT worded it. Did it have much seafood?

I would say #1 but I'm probably biast b/c I'm having it also

it actually had ALOT of seafood, they even had a bunch of lobster tails in there.

Risotto is also alot heavier so keep that in mind.

Is this for the CH, you can have both if you really want. I had the paella and a risotto for the CH

Yea it's for the cocktail, I wanna do either one, b/c I think we are over doing it w/the cocktail. I am 90% sure I am going w/the Paella, Thanks Espo. oh one more question, is all the same exact food from the CH hr going to be in the bridal suite? I am gonna join the cocktail hr, but we want to eat alone in the suite before we go out to greet everyone

They both sound delish. I love paella, but I would go with 2 b/c someone that doesn't eat meat, but does eat seafood might appreciate a seafood only dish.
