Seal and Sends

Seal and Sends

FH and I are thinking of using a 'seal-and-send' as our invitation. Does it seem tacky to use a 'seal-and-send' for our wedding invitation?

I wanted to do this but DH vetoed them as too tacky. But I *still* do not think they are tacky!

Seal and sends are a little less formal then a regular invitation. They don't come with a standard envelope....it's somewhat along the lines of a more formal postcard. The response card is attached to the invitation and the guests can tear it off and mail it back just as is (again, like a postcard). I'm not sure if it seems tacky. The invitations themselves are really cute, though.

I ordered a few samples from their website, but I found that most of them were a little flimsy. I was also worried b/c my RH direction card didnt fit in them either, also worried about any inserts of the invite would fall out. Order a few samples and see what you think of them
