Sealing Envelope Pleas help

I have like a glue stick thing for envelopes and I also have seals, do I use both or one or the other? I am about to seal them and just got confused, help me please! thank you!

I'd suggest using both for extra security. Use the glue stick on the underside of the flap, press down to secure, then stick the seal over the flap.

Thank you, you're right, after I asked this I did a search and read that people did both incase seal doesn't hold. Thanks so much, I'm off to go double seal!
