I think it was the most annoying thing I had to do thus far!!!!! lol 161 envelopes later.. and I never want to seal another wedding envelope again!!! lol

I found the whole process EXTREMELY annoying for some reason. lol My back was hurting and was blaming the envelopes for it!

Oh and FH has a friend whose name is BOB and i accidently put down ROB on the list.. so he yelled at me.. (Turns out BOB's real name is HARRY.. ***!) LOL

You might have been using too much water then. it has to be done ever so lightly. it is a pain, but that method worked for me.

I licked all of them and then put a double heart silver seal on it.

Does anyone remember the Seinfeld episode where George's fiance died of glue poisoning b/c she licked all her invitations?
Ever since that episode I have been using glue sticks. I keep them at home and at work.

I think I'm going to use a wet paper towel. I def cannot lick 250+ envelopes lol

I have no choice but to use glue sticks, my envelops do not have the licky part... (strange i know).

I used glue stick for my STD and e-party invites too. Its just easier.

We licked them but we had like 60 or so envelopes so not too bad!
