Hello girls, my MOH is coming over tonight to help me put the invites together, they're going out this week!!!
How are you planning on sealing your envelopes?? I refuse to lick 180 of them, and I'm afraid that a wet sponge may get messy, any ideas?

I honestly got a bowl of water & a paper towel & lightly dampened it. Then ran it over the glue part. it worked fine. Just make sure to not sop up to much water. Very light on the edge.

Umm what about double sided tape??? I'm sure Michael's or AC Moore has stuff to use....so you don't have to use yours

FH and I just did this with our STD's and it worked perfectly. The envelopes were kind of thin so I was a little worried at first but there was no problem at all. You will be fine.

I was gonna say to dampen a dish cloth and brush it across the glue....Vicki's idea sounds perfect too.

I am planning on using a wax seal - not sure if I'm going to use the gummed edge of the envelope just use the wax seal
