My friend needs someone who can make her a bolero type jacket or sheer sleeves to go with her wedding dress. Can anyone recommend somebody who does great work.Thank You!!

My mom used a lady in Patchogue for her alterations on her dress. I do not know if she can make a jacket, but I can ask her for the name and number.
