Seamstress

Anyone using a seamstress who they know takes dresses not bought from the salon?

My dress is from Pronovias Italy bc it was a specialty dress...the Pronovias NY wont work on it bc it wasnt bought here!!

I need a talented seamstress who can help make me a bustle!
