I'm pretty sure you have to purchase your dress there to use their services.
Give them a ring, see what they have to say.

Not sure if you got your dress from there, but if you did - I recommend you ask Josephine to be your seamstress. She does great work!

Oh ha, sorry, I did get my dress there back in November and I was going to give my saleswoman a call, her name is Barbara and she was fantastic, but I was wondering if anyone had any good seamstress experiences there... Thanks!

Ok, well in that case, definitely request Josephine. She worked on my dress. She's been working on coture dresses for over 20 years and is one of the most requested seamstresses there.

that is too funny I just scheduled my fitting for Aug 11th too!! With Josephine also -- I heard so many people rave about her. Maybe I'll run into you at Kleinfelds

Ladies, definitely call them asap and try to request someone before your appointment. Don't want to be stuck with someone you don't like
