Does anyone have any recs? I did the no frills at rk and now my bms are getting quoted insane prices elsewhere and I just want to be able to refer them to someone that will do a good job (the dress has chifon and is a bit complicated up top.)

I had to have a BM dress from Vera Wang completely remade for me last year. VW recommended the 3 below tailors and I went to Ignacio's. They were wonderful and worked fast. They were a bit pricey, but my dress was completely altered and did an amazing job so it may not be as costly as others.

i took my bm dress to eifel cleaners in whitestone. not sure if $70 is pricey to take a dress in and hem it.. but ill let u know how the dress is on Wed.

I have this wonderful Greek lady that used to make dresses for a living- shes amazing with tailoring.. I had a beaded dress for my prom that no one wanted to touch -shes like sure no problem, fixed it amazingly and she does it out of her house- so she charges soo little -we always give her more though- she lives in like Bayside/Flushing area right off of Francis Lewis Blvd. Let me know if you want more details!

There is another seamstress on Austin as well...if you can get past her very thick russian accent, she does an awesome job!
