Seamstress....who doesnt hate David's Bridal

So a few weeks ago I remember reading of a certain seamstress who is well known and very good, however looks down upon us David's brides (unfortunately we cant/and/or refuse to afford a more expensive gown to only use one day).

So can anyone recomend and or know a good seamstress who will not make me feel like crap for having a David's dress, and who also has good prices

I am wearing a davids bridal dress, but i'm getting my alterations done at davids, cause if they do anything wrong they have to replace your dress, if you go to someone else than its not covered! HTH

Uhm...hadnt thought of it like that...

Which David's are you using...for for anyone else, if you used David's how much? Which one, which seamstress and was she good?

I also wore a David's dress and had my alterations done there. It was affordable and they did an excellent job.....I understand the stigma of a David's dress, but the reality was I would not/could not spend thousands on a wedding dress. My dress was great and I *think* I looked pretty good. Pics in my album. I had major alterations done seeing as I'm 5'2'....
