They totally pissed me off..I'm boycotting...never buying anything again there or having anything serviced from them..

I've had no fridge for 2 weeks. They were supposed to come Wednesday and they couldn't get the tech there. Then Friday, my DH took another day off and waited..he couldn't wait anymore and had to leave after 3pm and I let them know that the tech had to get there before 3 and they couldn't make it happen. The next scheduled appt is Saturday. That will make 3 weeks w/o a fridge. They won't reimburse me for the food I lost or rent me another fridge. This is the same problem we had with the fridge last year and they supposedly fixed it.

I'm not buying another thing from them ever..I'm done.
