Any of you girls use it or have tried it? My Doctor suggested it when I was asking about not having my period for the wedding or honeymoon. Any feedback would be great!! TIA

Re: Seasonale?
A friend of mine is on it and loves it. She has no complications with it. I am a little weary about taking it but if you want to avoid having your period for the wedding and honeymoon than maybe you should try it.

Re: Seasonale?
I asked my doctor about it and he said not to do it since we want a HM baby. Guess we will just have to wing it.......

I have been on it for about 3 years. I love it!! I almost forget what it was like before it. My dr even gives it to her own daughter so I trust that.

Oh that's good. I am thinking about doing it at least from now until the fall. I'm definitely not planning on a honeymoon baby!!!

I have been on it for almost 3 years and I love it. I actually just got switched to Seasonique which is the new and improved version. I haven't had any complications and recommend giving it a try.

I've been on it for about 8 months. At first I experienced a few side effects--I gained 5 lbs and had some cramps mid-cycle. They went away after the third month. Now I have no problems, the weight seemed to disappear after my body adjusted to it.

I feel a little better, cause I'm currently a new user I'm in my first cycle but on the 3rd month. I'm currently hating it. At first I felt nauseous all the time and then had headaches. My gyno said it takes the body awhile to get use to it, although my regular doctor says it's not for me. I'm all sorts of confused. I know everyone is different but I seem to have trouble with some of these birth controls. Maybe I should just stick it out and give it a try.

Re: Seasonale?
Anyone having spotting in between? I def. don't want that. I was thinking of doing the regular pill packs back to back (dr. said this was ok, too), but I don't think my insurance will fill them that close together.

the have to be taking the right kind though. i believe that only works with the pills with a constant stream of hormones (like ortho-tricyclen as opposed to ortho-tricyclen lo). i could be wrong though...

Re: Seasonale?
I used to take regular pills back to back a few years ago... everybody called me 'crazy'...
'you're gonna die' they said...
well, I am still alive.. and it worked like a charm.
no spotting, no weight gain, no side effects.
Last year I paid $197.00 for seasonale...
and seasonale worked just as well.. altho it made me feel like I wanted to throw up for the first few days...
It's on my 2do list to get another perscription!

I have been on it for four years! LOVE IT!! I haven't had any problems, no weight gain (that I can blame on the pills), no spotting...
