Can you fight them?

Not sure but I can tell u (since I work in insurance) that they are not reflected on you if you plead guilty and receive the ticket. It is not considered a 'moving violation' and we do not look at them or penalize for them.

Not really the only time to fight them is when the Officer asks you why you are not wearing one, and the only two reasons are a medical condition which you can get a note from the doctor for or you are pregnant.
