Seating...

Seating...

I'm way off from this point but I was looking at my guest list and I think seating is going to be a nightmare.

I have 104 people on my list and FH has 64 on his 100% of which are OOT so we know we can knock half of them off of the list.

How do I do the seating??? I can't have 10 tables on my side and 3 on his....

Anyone else have a similar dilemma... what are you doing??

I am going to have a similar situation. So I am just thinking of inter-mixing the tables. Like every two tables of my family, put one table of his family. The tables are going to be staggered around the dancefloor, so its not like we are segregating his family from eachother. They will still be within close proximity. Hope this helped.

ummm i dont want to think about seating..
what about a free for all..let everyone duke it out

on a serious note-for more extended fam, can you mix yours and his at the same table? that way its not 'his' and 'hers' tables so to say?

I am dealing with this to. He will only have like 30 friends and family there so I guess I will keep those 3 tables near one another and the rest will be all my family.

my fiance's only going to have like 1 table. all the rest are mine (not including the family table which will have both our families)

We have the same issue... FH will have 3 tables tops... that is including his family and work buds. Not many friends outside of work. So... the other 13-15 tables will be my family, friends and co-workers. I am mixing up the tables... based on personalities, I think it will work out. I Hope it will.

I am putting friends on his side.... that's how I'm working it out.

I have a different dilemma.... No one wants to sit with FFIL. I'm going to have one table of 4!
