Hi! Do the two sets of parents sit together or do you separate tables into Brides' family and Grooms' family?

Usually the parents sit at two different tables with their immediate family. That is what I am doing.

thats what i am doing as well. will probably have one family on one side of the room and the other family on the other side.

I have a very unusally arrangement. our familie are small, mine is SUPER small, so FH's parents will be a one table with FH sisters & hunsbands, and aunt and uncles and my mom and her husand will be at another table with her friends, my dad will be at another table with his date friends, and and 'odd' couples.
I am basing the tables on how people formsed tables for e-party, worked well

I always wanted to have dinner on my wedding night with both my parents and my future husband's...problem is that I found the right guy, but his parents are divorced...for over 30 years and do not get along at all. They wouldn't sit at the same table with one another. So, table arrangements are going to be difficult, but I think we'll have our MOH and BM sit at our table with their spouses, have my mom & dad and immediate family at one table, his mom and her friends at another, and who knows where we'll stick his dad, wife and two kids.
