Only 1 1/2 hours with my MOH. We only have 87 people. I don't know how you girls with 100+++ do it.

Put everyone on their own sheet of paper. Start with the tables you know for sure (BP and their SO's)
Then it's a free for all. We have to split my work table into 2 but I made sure to put people that would definately want to sit together mixed with people I thought they would talk to.
Otherwise that are my only tips

Great job! FH and I already did a preliminary seating arrangement with the people who already RSVPed. So far it's looking good. We are going to sit with FIL's on Sunday to get it completed.

Nice, good job! My MOH and I finished the 'friends' tables last week but I still need to look at the family ones with my mom. I hope we can get it finished this weekend.
