seating cards...

anyone NOT doing fancy ones? just sticking to the basic cards? i dont have the time, money or energy to come up with something 'unique' or special. do you think the guests will care???

I am doing seating card frames but IMO, your guests will not care if they have a fancy card or just a regular card.

O your guests definitely will not care. I think most of that stuff is for us brides anyway. Keeping it simple is ingenious

i dont think the guests will notice....

if you want to do something simple, youhave february.... if you want you could get confetti hearts, and glue one onto each card if you like..

I just used the ones that Crest Hollow gave me. They were just really simple and my sister wrote them out for me. I don't think the guests even care. Plus it is much easier to put a card in their pocket book than carrying around something fancy while they try to get the cocktail food.

I love the fancy candles and stuff and almost did them but mine was a day wedding and i didn't have the time and money.

I really wouldn't worry about it. Guests care about the food and music!

I assure you, no one will care, or probably even notice. I'm going to use the cards that The Crescent gives me, hopefully I can convince someone to write them for me because my penmanship stinks! lol!

By the end of all the wedding planning, I was spent both mentally and $$$ so I went with the cards that the WM offered me. I had a calligrapher do the names so that spiced them up but 1/2 the people didn't even pick them up and left them on the table. Trust me, if it's not the favor, they won't care!

I wanted to let you know that I just saw cute/cheap place cards on www.orientaltrading.com. They are placecards with the small bell attached and they're only $4.95 for 50 in either silver or gold.
