seating cards

FH and i are about to make them up and we have a few engaged couples coming to the wedding...

as an engaged couple, would you prefer to see your names spelled out on the card (Mrs. Jane Smith & Mr. John Doe) or something cute (the future Mr. & Mrs. John Doe - or the Soon To Be Mr & Mrs John Doe)

Have fun with it!!! I would have loved to go to a wedding when we were engaged and that was our seating card! So cute!

Have fun with it!!! We have a few engaged couples comin and we just put 'Mr. & Mrs. X!' I addressed their invitations the same way, they loved it!

Cute! I am planing on doing the 'fun' way for mine. I have been to weddings since I have been engaged and loved seing the future mr and mrs. on my placecard..thought it was such a nice personal touch!

I voted to keep it traditional. I have been to 6 wedding since i'm engaged and its always traditional. You never know what is going to happen and you don't want to jinx it

All of my engaged couples are planning on taking their husbands name so I'm doing the FUTURE MR & MRS....I did that when i sent out the invites too!!! My best friend from HS who's engaged LOVED it...she kept the envelope just to look at her 'new' last name LOL

Definitely have fun with it. We got an invite in the mail for an engagement party with The Future Mr. & Mrs.... I loved it so much.

That is so cute! I would love to see that on our card if we went to a wedding while engaged. We'll have engaged couples at ours too, thanks for this idea.
