I want to start working on my seating charts and was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to get started or how to lay it out. I love doing everything in excel so if anyone has an excel spreadsheet that can be used for table seatings, I would to have a copy!

weddingwire.com lets you upload your excell spreadsheet and then drag and drop into tables that you place into a seating chart you design.

i used it for my e-party. its good bc you can re arrange people when you have to make changes and it also lets you print our table lists and see whos left over and such

i just used a regular excel spreadsheet and each column was a diff table ....
