the problem is that since i'm under my minimum, i'm doing a mixture of 7 - 10 person tables so the room doesn't look so empty.

Oh yea, I hear you. I had to make some arrangements to get more tables because we had more No's than planned almost 40%....... Some tables have 7 some have 11...... I figured most ppl will be up dancing so hopefully it's not a big deal.

i have some tables of 13 and some of 7

Make it everyone else's problem.

My MIL organized her side in 5 minutes. My side unfortunately consists of 16 people but makes for easy seating.

I am dreading mine like the plague!!!!

Hang in there. I have a rough draft of my seating chart done. The fun part is going to be playing musical tables as I get more responses back. But the best part is I don't have FH's list (60 - 80) and the invitations (his) need to go out in two weeks. He's driving me crazy - no sense of urgency at all.

If he keeps it up he'll be addressing those invitations.
