For girls that are doing this/have done this, what is the easiest way? Cutting names out of paper and moving them around on a big poster? Just using excel??
Also.. we have a single guy in his 30s and his family (parents, brother/sis in law plus kids).. do I put him with his family, or with some of my friends that are single?

ITA! I love WeddingWire! I've been using it all along. As guests repsond no and you mark them as declined on the guest list, it automatically takes them off the seating chart. FABU!

I'm using the knot. It's where I started my guest list so it's pretty easy to use their seating chart tool.

I would ask the single guy where he wants to sit. As for the seating chart, I just used excel and color coded things...
