Who is doing seating charts? Do you have any suggestions on how to make them, what program and how to print them?

Though I'm not doing one, I would recommend you make yours in Microsoft Publisher. It's an easy to use graphics program. Like MS Word on Steroids . As for printing it? I would suggest you go to a professional printer like either Kinkos, Staples, Office Maxx or Minuteman Press. You can buy the paper stock there too.
