seating for RD?

seating for RD?

we're having ours at our OOT hotel with OOT guests included -- expecting around 60 people.

we're limited to 8 tables of 8 and i'm going crazy trying to figure out tables for 8. do we do placecards? or a sign at each table w/ the names? or what?

FILs are doing the RD but i'm trying to figure out what we'll need to take care of

That is a huge RD. Not sure of the relationship with the people, if they know each other, friendly, family. I would say let them sit where they want to. You already have enough to do then to stress where they will seat for this.
