Once again, I went with my MOH, a BM and my sister to Bridal Reflections for a lovely evening filled with straight pins and fun times!
The dress is slightly wrinkled but you get the idea. We all came to the conclusion that no matter what we do, the back will just gape. The picture that was taken on the model from the website has us believing that it was steamed on her body and she just doesnt move while shes in it!
I also learned that I cannot wear panty hose with this dress b/c all of the seams show and just concentrates any lumps into one area. So I may have to either go commando or use a micro g-string (I hate that feeling) with thigh highs (which I can't stand). I will not wear closed toe shoes without hosiery - my feet sweat.
They are adding two non-functional silk buttons on the top where the closure is on my left side to make it look more finished.
#1 Back of my dress unbustled (two trains - one underneath that is round and one on top which actually goes off to the side)
That dress is so pretty and you look absolutely beautiful in it!

Maybe some sort of 'hi-sign' will do. The seamstress just had me laughing. Mom wasn't there to tell me to stand up straight and she quickly stepped up to the plate to yell at me to do so. This woman added laughter to another day that could have made me sad.
YAY! I just came to a major realization. This dress is so light and slinky that Ill be able to go to the bathroom ALL BY MYSELF!!!

That's always a GOOD thing!! We were talking about that last night and some of us will need assistants standing by at the helm to help with potty duty!!
