so i just got a call this morning that i won a trip to the Bahamas for 5 days, 4 nights!!! i entered a raffle at a restaurant and our name was picked!!! im so super excited because i've always wanted to spend my honeymoon somewhere warm and tropical. my fiance and i booked our official honeymoon in ireland - and as excited as i am, i wish i could lay out in the sun all day. and now i get the chance!!! the best part is that my fiance is super excited too!
we're getting an all inclusive round trip cruise to the bahamas and 3 days in a hotel. we're going to go early next year. im so excited - i cant wait!!
does anyone know when peak season is? i dont want to travel during hurricane season or anything haha :)

That is sooooo exciting....congrats. You definitely do not want to be there during the summer months, hurricane season. Early in the year is great, it'll be cold here and warm there.

Bahamas is awesome but you will not be disappointed with Ireland! Ireland is so beautiful, I went last April, and I can't wait to go back.

My brother got the same call...you better do your homework. My bother called me excited last week...he also entered the contest in a restaurant. They wanted his credit card so he did some research on them and found nothing but complaints. I hope its not the same place....

THIS!!!! I entered a contest in a restaurant also, and I apparently won a trip! It ended up being a scam. I filled out the raffle on a hot pink ticket and dropped it into a raffle box. They called about a month later. Just be careful! If it's legit, congrats!!!!!!!! That's awesome!
