Second Thoughts about Hair Stylist - need help

So i was talking w/ my MOH and her sister last night and I'm just really not 100% happy with how either of my hair trials came out. I don't think its the style itself i just think its the entire thing all together. I see tons of pics on here of everyone's hair and I love them but don't love mine. Please suggest who is doing your hair for the wedding and a price range.
Also how would I go about cancelling the person I already booked? TIA!
