Second trimester bleeding?

Anyone experience this? What were the causes for this?

It was at the very beginning of my second trimester and I went to the hospital, because I was worried. Everything was fine. Eventually we figured out that DH and I were having a little too much sex

I'd call the doctor, sometimes it is nothing, but other times is it something. My docotr told me the general rule is that you shouldn't bleed.
