Secrets Excellence in Mexico

Does anyone have any feedback on this hotel? the beach?

Secrets Excellence is now called Excellence resort in Mexico. However there is also Secrets Capri which is a bit smaller then excellence but so beautiful and luxurious!

I just booked my flight to Cancun and we are planning on staying at the Excellence Riviera. My TA is trying to get us a good deal. The airfare was a steal, so I'm hoping she pulls through. I have recommended her on the BHB forum, but you can FM me if you want more info. The place looks amazing and gets great reviews on tripadvisor.com and expedia. FH fell in love when I showed him pictures. Go on the tripadvisor website and view the candid travel photos. They are amazing!! Good luck!!

hello, how do you think riviera maya compares to cabo? we might go to the excellence in r.m. for our honeymoon in november...any advice? thank you. christine.

From what I have seen and read, they seem like they would be two totally different destinations. Riviera Maya is more caribbean like from what i know and Cabo is more pacific like. I know Cabo has rougher waters- dunno if that matters. Riv Maya has more luxury all inclusives than cabo. cabo is more high end resorts and spas. I think both would make for a fabulous trip!
