I couldn't be happier that I'm getting married at SSPJ. I practically grew up there. My only concern (and yes I realize it may seem petty to some) is that the new front door are now see-through. I feel like everybody, including FH, is going to see me before I even enter the church.
In my opinion the bride should be seen the second the big doors open and the bridal march starts playing.
Has anybody been married there and had this issue?

Actually now that i think about it my church is that way too... i agree with you... the bride should be seen when the doors open.

you could always 'hide' behind the wall ... other people will open the doors for you and you will come out and walk through.
or if it really bothers you, you could buy something to cover the doors with (if the church will allow it)

My church was the same way. In fact not only were the doors see through but the back wall was mostly glass panes. I entered through the front door before the rest of the BP started walking in and stood off to the side so no one could see me.
ETA: A picture! You can't see the windows here, but here's my dad and I waiting off to the side!

I think with the glare from outside it won't be too visible to FH it gets pretty bright in there now. The church is beautiful, that's all we need to know <3 I went to school there

aww!! I know I only went there from 5-8th but my brother and sister went from nursery school all the way up! I graduated in '96..sound so long ago lol
