I just thought of seeing my dad for the first time on my wedding day, when I am all dressed and ready to go. My heart sank but in a happy sad sort of way (so hard to describe).
DO you guys ever get that feeling when you think of that moment?? Do you think your Dad will tear up a bit? My goodness if I see him tearing up I will LOSE it!

omg if he does, i'm gonna lose it!!! for some reason i can handle it when my mom does it (she's a crier), but if he cries it's all over!!! i totally know what you mean. it's almost harder for me than if FH tears up!
my friend got married a few years ago and her dad cried through the whole ceremony. I was a BM and I was a basketcase, and I wasn't even the one getting married!!

My Dad and I are very close. He raised me after he and my Mom got a divorce when I was 5. He is a big mush, and truth be told- I am his favorite. My whole family is talking about how much he is gonna cry!! And I am sure seeing him will make me cry too! We are gonna be a couple of messes!!

I was the same way at my friends wedding!!!
I hate seeing my dad cry and even though I know it would be out of happiness, I know I will still not be able to control myself!

I don't even know when I'll see my dad for the first time... I guess its when we take pics since we're doing it before the ceremony... I'm not sure if he will cry... I've only seen him cry (not bawling or anything, just tears) on 2 occasions.

I am hoping since I cry whenever I think of stuff like that at the wedding. So I am hoping that day of, I will be all out of tears.

My dad is totally going to tear up! Which with then make me tear up! Thank God one of my bridesmaids in my make up artist!

Thank you... now i am tearing up.... Yes I do & I know my dad will definately be chocked up & might shed a tear or two!
