so this weekend i went to Good Old Gold and sold some old stuff and got $280!
i sold a bunch if crap i dont wear, old necklaces, little pendants that say daddy's lil girl or #1 cheerleader, hoop earings, an old bracelet, some rings from when i was like 10
$280 not bad for crap i dont wear anymore...yayy deposit into the wedding account

def. its so easy and it was stuff that i would never wear again...didnt have sentimental value to me so out it went. every penny counts when saving for a wedding

i did that about 6 months ago, a woman at work did a party at her house, where people were there that bought the gold from you, I made like $300

Good old Gold is great. I got my wedding band custom made there. They have awesome service.
