Selling house

My mom is selling her house in Wading River...and shes basically giving it away. Its an amazing country type house with a barn and lots of land...
She just bought a house shes going to move into (to be closer to the family)...and really is just basically putting it on the market for much less then its worth.

Oh, I love Wading River...such a cute town. We just bought our house last year though, so it won't work for us unfortunately. Good luck to her!
