Semi Perm. Hair Extensions

Hi girls,

I am seriously contemplating getting semi perm. hair extensions. Not just for the wedding but in general. Unfortunately, my hair does not grow any longer then a little past my shoulders. When it is this long it has no body and is stringy bc I have fine hair. I am just tired of it! As far as extensions though, I have heard that they ruin your hair when you remove them which is my biggest fear since my hair is thin to begin with. I also do not know which ones are better (bonded or braided) or even a reputable salon that I would trust to do this. So, I am looking for opinions of those who have used them. Please let me know which kind are best...do they damage your hair in the end? How often do you have to get them replaced? How much are they each time? Can you see them when your hair is up? Where did you go? Which type did you get?

Alot of questions I know! Thanks for your help with this big decision!

PS Roseanna Amador is doing my hair for the wedding and was planning on getting the clips ins for the day of so regardless I have that plan as well in case I do not get good feedback!

too close to your wedding to mess around like that.

do a trial with ur hair person with the clip ins.. see how that will look...

let your wedding pass and if u stil want htem, then get them done.

ur playing with fire, being that your wedding is fast approaching. personally, i woulnt take that chance.

hi there i had extentions for over a year and they are great. i have always wanted long hair and this was the only way to achieve it. at first i felt weird and wondered if people would notice but to my surprise nobody said anything lol they just thought my hair grew. (unless they just didnt have the nerve to ask lol ) i had the brazilian hair extentions which are the ones that they put using strands of hair as oppose to tracks. when i had my hair up you could not see them because the extentions were put mostly in the middle so your top hair and lower hair cover it. the glue they used was black just like my hair so thats why also you couldnt see it. they will use the glue that matches exactly with your hair. i dont have them on right now because money became tight as the wedding planning continues. i will get them put in next month though because the hair style i want for the wedding requires lots of hair and lenth to have beautiful flowing curls. i have many pictures if you would like to see just FM me and i will email them to you. i never felt more sexy and beautiful in like when i had them on. not that i dont know but its just a feeling you get. hope this helps.
