FH and I already sent out our invitations last month, but recently two couples have gotten engaged and have sent us save the dates to their wedding later this year. We did not plan on inviting one of the couples to our wedding.
Do you think its required that we have to invite them to ours??

if you want to invite them or if you think you will be below your minimum, then invite them otherwise, I wouldnt worry about it

If you don't plan on attending their wedding- then I think it would be fine not to invite them.
If you are planning to attend their weddings & you have room- invite them. Otherwise, I think it would be akward. JMHO
